EASI card support
We would love to solve or answer any regarding card blocking for instances of cardholder misconduct, stolen cards, or lost cards, please use the helpline given below.
For Admin
In order to block follow the steps below:
- Access the EASI B2B portal
- Once you're logged in, navigate Organization > Cardholders > Manage Cards
- Locate the option to "block" the card you've lost or had stolen. By blocking the card, you'll prevent unauthorized use and secure your account.
For Cardholder
